db Bistro Moderne: Wines of Discovery

This evening of unexpected pleasures takes you to vineyards off the beaten path, with Chef Daniel Boulud's Corporate Wine Director Daniel Johnnes as your guide. He will take you on a tasting tour of six wine making regions in three countries, exploring little known gems from fine artisanal winemakers. Johnnes will introduce selections that transcend their appellations, rivaling renowned wines from even the most famous vineyards.  They will be paired with a five course spring tasting menu by Chef Laurent Kalkotour, and seasoned with the stories behind each wine and the inspirations for the accompanying cuisine. Wines to be tasted include:
